Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. One of them is located in Lisbon, at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management’s headquarters. On the occasion of the club’s 8^th anniversary, I had the opportunity to give an online talk about my two areas of expertise: Personal Branding & Storytelling.

During this 20-minute intervention, every attendee learned how stories can revive their communication and, finally, they did an exercise to stimulate their creative thinking: “guys, this is the challenge: grab a pen and paper, and collect as many life memories as you can!” After this inner Google search, a couple of participants shared some of their most remarkable moments from childhood, adolescence and adulthood.

Looking back, it was a special day celebrated with special memories.
