About the project

In May 2019, Universidade Lusófona organized its annual event “Jornadas de Turismo” in Lisbon. These Tourism Days aimed to contribute to a better perception of the best practices that contradict the traditional concentrations of Portuguese tourism in its coastal regions and large urban centers.

Among the four discussion panels, I participated in the “Estruturação de Produtos Turísticos de Storytelling”. In short, Lusófona students learned how storytelling is a strategic tool to promote the touristic offer of regions with a traditionally lower degree of tourism development.
