The Body Language Academy
The Body Language Academy is a communication training organization that focuses on personal development through non-verbal language – a new approach to behav-ioral, social and professional skills. They work on topics such as leadership, man-agement and customer service, transferring knowledge in non-verbal intelligence to the reality and business culture of each client.
Irina Golovanova, the business founder and my former colleague at Carla Rocha Comunicação, was kind enough to invite me to lecture the masterclass “Storytelling in day-to-day work”, as part of the “I want to communicate!” online course.
At the end of the day, it was a marvellous experience and every participant learned how stories can humanize their message for the benefit of their audiences.
